Rollout Journey

A clear journey from assessment to measurable improvement

Hudoa runs on a structured methodology that begins with preparing the organization and employees, then runs the assessment, analyzes results, issues reports, designs interventions, and measures impact afterwards.

How is the program rolled out inside the organization?

1

Phase 1: Onboarding & organization setup

What happens?

  • Create the organization account on the platform
  • Designate a point of contact
  • Set up branches and departments
  • Choose the communication language
  • Approve the timeline
  • Prepare communication channels

Hudoa’s role

  • Set up the organization environment on the platform
  • Prepare the rollout plan
  • Onboard the company admin

The organization’s role

  • Designate an internal owner
  • Provide the required data
  • Approve messages and the schedule

Output: An approved rollout plan and operational readiness for the program.

2

Phase 2: Employee data preparation

What happens?

The organization uploads employee data through a structured template that lets the platform analyze results by department, branch, job category, language, and tenure.

Example data

  • Name and email
  • Department
  • Branch
  • Job title
  • Preferred language
  • Role type: employee / manager
  • Direct manager
  • Joining date

Output: A structured database ready to send invitations and run the assessment.

3

Phase 3: Employee onboarding & trust building

What happens?

Before the assessment begins, introductory messages are sent to employees explaining the program’s purpose, the importance of participation, and how privacy is protected.

Core messages

  • Why is the program being run?
  • How do we protect employee privacy?
  • What benefit will the employee get?
  • When will the assessment start?

Output: Higher trust and improved participation in the assessment.

4

Phase 4: Running the main assessment

What happens?

Employees log into the platform with their own accounts and complete a unified assessment measuring the work experience, psychological wellbeing, and leadership holistically.

What it measures

  • Workload pressure
  • Role clarity
  • Leadership support
  • Psychological safety
  • Relationships within the team
  • Work–life balance
  • Stress and burnout indicators
  • Psychological wellbeing and resilience

Output: Structured assessment data ready for analysis.

5

Phase 5: Analysis & reporting

What happens?

The platform computes scores, extracts risk indicators, analyzes patterns, then drafts reports with AI assistance and specialist review.

Outputs

  • A confidential individual report for each employee
  • An executive organizational report
  • Department and category heatmaps
  • Priority risk areas
  • Initial intervention recommendations

Individual reports are never shared with the employer.

6

Phase 6: Designing the intervention plan

What happens?

Based on the results, intervention priorities are set inside the organization and fitting services are recommended for each need.

Example interventions

  • Stress-management workshops
  • Healthy leadership workshops
  • Digital programs for employees
  • Confidential online sessions
  • Targeted awareness content

Output: A tailored intervention plan built on the organization’s results.

7

Phase 7: Executing the interventions

What happens?

Workshops, programs, and sessions are delivered according to the agreed plan, with participation and engagement tracked.

What is tracked

  • Workshop attendance
  • Program completion
  • Session usage
  • Participant satisfaction
  • Content engagement

Output: Practical interventions targeting the discovered risks and priorities.

8

Phase 8: Impact measurement & final report

What happens?

After the intervention phase, a short, focused follow-up measurement gauges improvement in the priority dimensions, followed by a final impact report.

The final report includes

  • Before-and-after comparison
  • Level of improvement
  • Participation rate
  • Employee satisfaction
  • Future recommendations
  • A roadmap to continue

Output: An executive impact report showing what changed and what can be developed next.
